When will my card be charged once I place an order?

Your card will be charged for the full amount of your order once you finish the checkout process. 

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are shipped within 1 business day unless otherwise noted. Your tracking number will be delivered to you via email once your package has shipped.
Domestic Orders:
1 to 7 business days for delivery once your order ships depending on how close you are to our warehouse in San Diego, CA. 

International Orders:
International buyers will have multiple shipping options available at checkout. UPS MI is the most affordable method, though it can take 1 to 6 weeks for delivery and does not include insurance or detailed tracking. All other UPS options include detailed tracking and insurance, as well as delivery within 3 to 5 business days to nearly all countries.

How will my order be delivered?

All domestic orders are shipped either UPS or USPS. All international orders are shipped via UPS. 

What happens if something I ordered is out of stock?

In the rare event that one of your items is out of stock, you will be issued a store credit for the amount of the out of stock item. Prefer a refund? No problem. Just email us at or fill out the contact form on our site. Emails are responded to daily.

I ordered a pre-order item along with some other items. When do they ship?

If you have a pre-order item in your order, all items will ship once that pre-order item is available. 

I made a mistake with my address. What happens now?

If we are updated with a correct address before your item ships then we will gladly correct it for you. However, if you package ships and the address you provided us with is inaccurate, then we will have to wait for the package to be returned to us . Once we receive it, we will contact you to get a correct address and reship your package. The buyer will be liable for any new shipping costs as a result of re-shipping the package.

What is the policy on exchanges/returns?

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package if you wish to return or exchange an item. We will email you back quickly with instructions. There is no fee for returning or exchanging an item, though the buyer will need to cover the cost of shipping the items back to us. We can not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn or washed.

I received an incorrect item. What happens next?

We want to make you happy and don't like to disappoint. Please contact us via email about the problem. If the error is on our behalf, all costs involved with getting you the correct item will be on us.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

What is the policy on duties & taxes for international orders?

Merch Connection is not responsible for extra fees that your country may charge once your package arrives. We do what we can to avoid these fees but they are ultimately up to the discretion of the customs office of each country and therefore out of our hands. The cost will be the responsibility of the customer if your customs office adds a fee.
